You'll be a critical partner in maintaining our marketing technology infrastructure, ensuring data quality, and enabling seamless campaign execution across our demand generation engine.This role is will:Marketing Automation & Platform Administration (40%)Marketo administration: Configure programs, build smart campaigns, manage templates, troubleshoot automation workflows, and maintain platform healthCampaign execution support: Build and QA email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs in partnership with our vendor partners (Nvish)Integration management: Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified, LeanData, and other MarTech toolsPlatform optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation efficiency, and enhance campaign performanceDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, processes, and best practicesData Quality & Governance (25%)Database hygiene: Monitor data quality, identify and resolve duplicates, manage data enrichment workflows (ZoomInfo), and ensure field mapping accuracyCompliance oversight: Support GDPR and data privacy compliance including consent management, data subject requests, and lead upload reviewsList management: Build target lists, manage segmentation logic, validate suppression rules, and ensure campaign targeting accuracyData audits: Conduct regular audits of lead lifecycle stages, field usage, and data integrity across systemsCampaign QA & Quality Assurance (20%)Pre-launch QA: Review campaign builds for accuracy including segmentation logic, suppression lists, UTM parameters, form configurations, and routing rulesTesting protocols: Test user experiences across email rendering, form submissions, landing page functionality, and chat routingPost-launch monitoring: Track campaign performance, monitor deliverability metrics, validate conversion tracking, and identify issues requiring troubleshootingQuality standards: Enforce naming conventions, folder structures, documentation requirements, and operational best practicesVendor & Stakeholder Coordination (10%)Vendor management: Serve as day-to-day liaison with Nvish (campaign execution partner), coordinating workload, reviewing deliverables, and providing feedbackCross-functional collaboration: Partner with Demand Gen, Sales Ops, RevOps, and other stakeholders on campaign execution, data requirements, and system enhancementsProject coordination: Manage timelines, communicate status updates, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlinesReporting & Analytics Support (5%)Dashboard maintenance: Build and maintain operational dashboards in Salesforce and Marketo for campaign performance, funnel metrics, and data qualityAd hoc analysis: Support the Senior Manager with campaign performance analysis, data pulls, and reporting requestsPerformance insights: Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in campaign dataAbout you:Required Qualifications2-4 years of hands-on marketing operations experience with demonstrable expertise in marketing automation platformsMarketo expertise required: Proven experience building campaigns, managing automation workflows, and administering Marketo instancesMarketo Certified Expert or equivalent certification strongly preferredSalesforce proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities), SFDC-Marketo sync, and CRM data managementTechnical aptitude: Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, API concepts, data imports/exports, and troubleshooting technical issuesData-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets, identify data quality issues, and draw insights from
