A candidate will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. Responsibilities also include, assisting with training of the sales and remarketing team, marketing new business leads, assist with client phone calls, contribute to sales new business goals, and coverage of Sales and Rewrites Team when situations occur (teammate vacation, leave or heavy workload). The Marketing Coordinator, Sales Coordinator and Sales Coach are to work hand in hand in the success of the Sales and Rewrite TeamHow You Will ContributeUpdate the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping customer fields currentCollaborate with Management team for data entry projects and misc. projectsAdding clients and policies in databaseKeep information confidentialTraining of Teammates on:Workflows, Quoting systems, Carrier Sites, and management systemsCarriers Knowledge by: Set up one on one training for individual teammatesHelp coordinate team carrier trainingPost on Team’s carrier communication (entire Premier team)Assist with the team on:Reaching their sales goals by marketing accountsCovering and helping with phone calls and emailsCompleting intake sheetsHelping with UW memo’sProfit Centers RelationshipsDevelop relationships with the leaders, account managers and producers at all the different PC’sIdentify opportunities to drive more businessReporting to Leadership of success and/or areas of opportunities discovered within the team.Licenses and Certifications:220 or 20-44 licensed requiredSkills & Experience to Be Successful High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum two years’ experience in a customer service roleAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to learn new systems and workflows quickly and assist in Team training and engagementAdvanced college degree is desirable.Advanced knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.Pay Range$22.00 - $24.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.Teammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance  Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. Not reflective of all benefits.
