About the Role We’re hiring a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to work directly with the Director of Marketing & Growth, supporting the execution and delivery of marketing campaigns across social media, email, webinars, and other marketing assets. This role is focused on producing, organizing, and scheduling campaign content and assets. Campaign strategy and priorities are led by the Director of Marketing & Growth. You’ll assist with campaign creation, content development, and execution to ensure campaigns are delivered clearly, consistently, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, content production, and campaign coordination, and who takes pride in shipping polished work. What You’ll Do Assist in building and rolling out marketing campaigns across social, email, and webinars. Write, edit, and format marketing content, including: Social media posts Email newsletters and campaign emails Blog drafts or supporting written content Build and send newsletters and campaign emails in HubSpot. Create, format, and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn). Help run webinars, including setup, reminders, live support, and post-event follow-up. Create and update marketing assets such as one-pagers, slide decks, visuals, and campaign materials. Maintain content and campaign calendars to keep launches on track. Manage light HubSpot updates to support campaigns (emails, lists, landing pages). Track basic performance metrics and summarize results. Keep marketing files, templates, and asset libraries organized and up to date. Who You Are A strong, confident writer who can adapt tone across channels. Comfortable drafting content from outlines or briefs. Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines. Organized and proactive, with a bias toward action. Clear communicator who collaborates well and incorporates feedback quickly. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-related roles. Demonstrated experience writing marketing content (social posts, newsletters, blogs, or similar). Hands-on experience producing and scheduling email newsletters. Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience creating marketing assets using tools like Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint. Nice to Have Experience writing blog posts or longer-form content. Experience supporting webinars or virtual events. Familiarity with content calendars and campaign coordination. Basic understanding of email and content performance metrics.
