Marketing Designer (AI-Native) 📍 Contractor | Remote | Marketing🌍 Location: Portugal / Spain / Istanbul Industry: Mobile Commerce / SaaS About the Opportunity We are evolving our platform into an AI-powered content experience solution — helping brands deliver intelligent, interactive, and dynamic content journeys across their apps and websites. We’re looking for a creative Marketing Designer with strong AI-native fluency, someone who blends design expertise, technological curiosity, and high-speed execution. You will be responsible for end-to-end creative production for the marketing team while driving innovation in design workflows through generative AI tools and experimentation. Key Responsibilities Produce marketing visuals for daily campaigns and initiatives Create: Social media assets and campaigns Sales and marketing presentations Case studies, ebooks, one-pagers Website graphics and product landing pages Event visuals (booth design, stage screens, banners) Basic video editing and motion graphics Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity Act as the guardian of the visual brand guidelines across the company Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate output and enhance quality Research emerging design tools and share learnings with the team Collaborate closely with Growth, Content, and Product Design teams Support brainstorms, campaign development, and creative concepting Must-Haves 3–6 years of experience in marketing, brand, or product design Proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva Presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Slides) AI design platforms (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.) Ability to manage fast-paced requests and multiple priorities Strong brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and storytelling skills Self-starter mindset with high ownership and collaboration Nice-to-Haves Motion design and/or basic video editing skills Experience designing for both web and mobile with responsiveness in mind Familiarity with UX/UI fundamentals applied to marketing assets Experience with creative A/B testing and performance-driven iteration Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.) Experience with tools such as Stable Diffusion, Veo, Typeface.ai, HeyGen, Synthesia, RunwayML, Frontify, Bynder Who You Are A designer who sees technology and generative AI as an enabler and enhancer Fast, curious, experimental, and highly collaborative Comfortable iterating, exploring, and proposing new ideas Energetic, positive, and craft-oriented Believes design shapes how people feel, interact, and adopt technology What We Offer Fully remote work environment Creative freedom and space for experimentation Opportunity to influence an evolving brand and category Collaborative team focused on creativity, craft, and impact Exposure to cutting-edge AI design tools and workflows 📌 Contract Type: Contractor 📌 Location: Remote 📌 Department: Marketing 📌 Reports To: Head of Marketing (Brand & Growth)
