About the Role

Mosh & Shout is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support a design-focused company specializing in high-end, sustainable, and culture-driven interiors.


This part-time contractor role (~15 hours per week) is ideal for a marketing professional with some experience in graphic design, social media, and sales collateral. You’ll work closely with Mosh & Shout’s Fractional CMO, gaining hands-on experience while supporting a growing brand.


This role is hybrid, with most work being remote but occasional in-person meetings or event support in Los Angeles.


What You’ll Do


Graphic Design & Brand Support
  • Design marketing materials such as social media content, sales decks, presentations, brochures, and email graphics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials.
  • Edit photos and support content production as needed.


Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Assist in scheduling and publishing content on Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Track engagement and analytics to measure content performance.
  • Research trends and identify engagement opportunities.


Sales Collateral & Marketing Support
  • Help create sales presentations, one-pagers, and marketing decks.
  • Organize and update marketing assets for sales teams.
  • Provide light event coordination support as needed.

What You Bring
  • 1+ years of experience (freelance, internship, or part-time) in graphic design, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or similar).
  • Experience creating sales or marketing collateral like presentations, one-pagers, or pitch decks.
  • Bonus: Experience in sales support, event planning, or the furniture/design industry.
