Our client is a long-established manufacturer in the accessibility and mobility solutions space. They design and produce residential access ramps, modular platforms, and mobility support equipment for both businesses and consumers. After decades focused on B2B channels, they are now expanding into D2C and broader B2C markets. To support this shift, the company is restructuring its marketing team to bring execution in-house, streamline workflows, and reduce reliance on external consultants.LocationFully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator will support the CMO by managing day-to-day consumer-facing marketing operations, including social media posting, campaign coordination, content workflows, and website/shop updates. The role is pivotal to scaling D2C/B2C efforts by ensuring consistent output and streamlined execution across all digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management & Content ExecutionManage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Maintain and execute the social media content calendar.Resize and repurpose creative assets using Canva Pro.Coordinate short-form video and creative content with internal and external creators.Schedule posts and track basic engagement metrics.Campaign & Launch SupportAssist with email/SMS campaign execution, uploading assets, and managing send schedules.Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.Maintain unified calendars across organic, paid, and email/SMS content.Collaborate with paid media partners to ensure messaging and creative alignment.Content & Website CoordinationUpload blog posts, landing page updates, and product content into Shopify.Ensure brand consistency across written and visual materials.Draft light marketing copy, including captions, brief edits, and basic messaging.Maintain organized asset libraries across internal storage platforms.Marketing Operations & Cross-Team CollaborationCoordinate deliverables with designers, contractors, agencies, and internal teams.Track deadlines and ensure all assets and tasks are delivered on time.Identify workflow improvements to reduce bottlenecks and consultant dependency.Provide weekly status updates and support general marketing administration.QualificationsExperience2–4+ years in marketing coordination, social media execution, or D2C/B2C digital marketing.Experience with consumer brands, eCommerce, or multi-channel marketing teams is a plus.SkillsProficiency in Canva Pro (required).Familiarity with Shopify, social scheduling tools, and basic email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.Proactive, self-sufficient, and results-oriented.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.What Success Looks LikeSocial media content is posted consistently and on schedule without heavy reliance on external contractors.Campaign and launch assets are delivered on time and uploaded correctly.A well-organized marketing calendar spans organic, paid, and email/SMS channels.Internal processes are streamlined, reducing costs and improving execution for D2C/B2C efforts.Strong support for the CMO and the team’s transition from B2B to broader consumer marketing.OpportunityThis role is an opportunity to join a respected legacy brand during a pivotal growth phase.
