Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across brand, content, and execution. You’ll support day-to-day marketing initiatives across email, social media, design, copywriting, and print coordination, while also jumping in wherever support is needed; from campaign execution to photoshoot coordination. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role with significant exposure to all areas of marketing and room to grow as the department scales. This role is a full-time, remote based role in Canada, working Eastern Time hours. The Responsibilities Include: Email Marketing Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and newslettersSupport segmentation, testing, and performance trackingMaintain brand voice and visual consistency across email communications Brand & Design Support Create marketing assets for digital and print (website, social graphics, flyers, signage, internal decks, etc.)​​A refined aesthetic eye and appreciation for good design, branding, and visual storytellingSupport brand consistency across all customer-facing materialsCollaborate with the Director of Marketing on brand updates and creative direction Copywriting Write and edit short-form marketing copy for emails, social, website updates, and printAdapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining brand tonePrint & Signage CoordinationSupport print and signage requests from OperationsCoordinate timelines, specs, and asset delivery with internal teams and vendorsCampaign & Photoshoot SupportAssist with campaign execution and coordinationSupport content shoots as needed (booking talent, creating shot lists, mood boards, call sheets, logistics support) Social Media Support Assist with content creation, captions, and schedulingSupport campaign launches and ongoing content calendarsCoordinate with internal teams to source content from studios and events General Marketing Support Act as a flexible team player, supporting priority initiatives as they ariseHelp keep projects moving forward in a fast-changing environment Job Details:2+ years experience in an e-commerce and/or wellness marketing, brand, or content role.Strong execution skills across email marketing, design, and copywriting.A strong aesthetic eye with the ability to apply design, branding, and visual storytelling principles in a consistent and on-brand way.Experience with marketing tools such as email platforms, social schedulers, and design tools (Klavio, Shopify, Canva).Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities at once.Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality.Ability to take direction well while also working independently.Startup experience or comfort in fast-moving, evolving environments is a strong plus.Passion for wellness, creativity, and of course, puppies! Perks:  🚀 Join a fast-growing startup with upward mobility.🏡 Remote work flexibility around the world. ⏱️ Flexible working hours, we trust you to manage your own time.🏝️ Annual Team Retreat.🧘 Unlimited complimentary puppy yoga classes for you, family and friends.🎟️ Attend networking and unique invite-only events in your city and beyond.✨ Opportunity to work with celebrity clients and industry giants (recent clients : NBA, TikTok, and Google). How To Apply: Please email your resume and portfolio to jobs@doggos.ca.We’re so grateful for your interest in joining the team here at Puppy Sphere!
