We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help drive lead generation and brand engagement across digital channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will focus on marketing-generated lead campaigns, emphasizing email marketing execution, landing page optimization, and social media management.If you’re a creative marketer with a strong operational mindset and love diving into campaign metrics, this is your chance to make a measurable impact in a fast-moving SaaS environment. What you do as Marketing Specialist at LiferaftBuild and execute integrated email marketing campaigns that drive MQLs, nurture leads, and support sales outreach.Own the end-to-end campaign experience — from email click to landing page CTA — ensuring consistent messaging, design, and conversion optimization.Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and approvals to ensure timely execution.Implement A/B testing for emails, CTAs, and pages to optimize engagement and conversion metrics.Maintain campaign tracking structures for consistent reporting and attribution.Work closely with Content, Design, and Sales to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned with business objectives.Manage and grow Liferaft’s social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube) with a content strategy that supports brand awareness and engagement.Collaborate with design, product marketing, and sales to align messaging and coordinate campaign assets.Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rates, form fills, etc.) and use insights to optimize performance.Work with Marketing Operations to help maintain our marketing automation system (HubSpot) by managing workflows, lists, and reports.Document campaign processes and share best practices to promote consistent execution across the marketing team.What You Need to Get the Job Done2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.Solid hands-on expertise with HubSpot (email, workflows, lists, reports) or similar automation platforms.Proven ability to build and optimize email campaigns and landing pages with a conversion-driven mindset.Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Buffer).Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to brand voice and storytelling.Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and translating data into actionable insights.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with agility.
