Lobby Product Analyst

Hard Rock Digital
Full-time
On-site
Florida, United States

What are we building?

Hard Rock Digital is a team focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. We’re building a team that resonates passion for learning, operating, and building new products and technologies for millions of consumers. We care about each customer interaction, experience, behaviour, and insight and strive to ensure we’re always acting authentically.

Rooted in the kindred spirits of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, the new Hard Rock Digital taps a brand known the world over as the leader in gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. We’re taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space — ready to join us?

The Casino Lobby is the primary in-app interface for discovering and engaging with slot and table games, making it one of the most critical drivers of customer experience and real-money performance. We’re building a smarter, more personalized, and constantly evolving lobby—and we need an analyst who can go beyond surface-level metrics to connect player behavior to measurable business impact.

What’s the position?

We’re looking for a Lobby Analyst that will be responsible for translating complex player behaviour into clear insights that shape both day-to-day execution and long-term lobby strategy.

In this role, you’ll analyze how players interact with the casino lobby, evaluate the impact of content changes and experiments, and—critically—connect engagement signals from tools like Amplitude with real-money outcomes from Snowflake and backend data sources. Your work will help ensure that lobby decisions are grounded not just in clicks and views, but in proven revenue and retention impact.

You’ll help to define success metrics, design experiments, and communicate findings that directly influence roadmap priorities and optimization strategies.

This is more than a reporting role—it’s an opportunity to be a strategic analytics partner in how Hard Rock Digital evolves its casino lobby experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own Lobby Performance Analysis: Deliver deep insight into casino lobby performance, including game placement, navigation, scheduling, and personalization features. Evaluate what drives engagement—and what drives value.

Connect Engagement to Revenue Impact: Combine Amplitude behavioral data with Snowflake and other data sources to attribute real-money outcomes to lobby changes. Clearly quantify the revenue, retention, and LTV impact of content, layout, and personalization decisions.

Build Insight-Driven Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and recurring reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Amplitude. Ensure metrics are consistent, trusted, and aligned with business goals.

Design & Analyze Experiments: Partner with Product and Lobby teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments. Assess statistical validity, measure lift, and translate results into clear recommendations.

Cohort & Funnel Analysis: Conduct cohort, funnel, and segmentation analyses to understand how different customer segments navigate and engage with the lobby—and how those behaviors evolve over time.

Define KPIs & Success Metrics: Work with team leaders to define KPIs for new lobby features, personalization models, and scheduling strategies. Ensure measurement is in place before features launch.

Inform Product & Monetization Strategy: Assess the commercial impact of new features and experiments to guide prioritization across the lobby roadmap.

Translate Insights into Action: Turn complex, multi-source analyses into clear, plain-English insights and recommendations for stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Leadership.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented analyst who is comfortable working across multiple data systems and motivated by understanding why changes work—not just whether they do.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude (funnels, cohorts, dashboards, experimentation)

  • Advanced SQL proficiency with large-scale datasets (Snowflake or similar)

  • Experience linking product behavior to revenue, retention, or LTV

  • Strong foundation in statistics and experimental design

  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations

Preferred

  • iGaming, online casino, or real-money gaming experience

  • Tableau or Power BI

  • Python or R for deeper analysis

  • Experience supporting personalization or content-driven surfaces

What’s in it for you?
We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include:

  • Competitive pay and benefits.

  • Flexible vacation allowance.

  • Flexible work from home or office hours.

  • Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand.

  • Opportunity to design promotions enjoyed by millions as part of a passionate team.
