Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth for the organization through inbound and outbound modes of interaction. The representative is responsible for using strong sales skills to deliver a proven sales method that uncovers customer needs, identifies gaps in coverage, recommends solutions to fully protect customers, all while building a case to positively influence the decision to purchase Allstate’s products and products within the Allstate family of companies, including other Allstate-owned brands. The representative will be evaluated based on sales production, time management, quality of business produced, and strict adherence to company and industry rules, regulations, and processes that protect Allstate and its customers.
  • Work from home to drive sales growth for the organization by connecting with interested prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, SMS, etc. β€―
  • You will use your insurance expertise by uncovering the prospect’s needs, identifying gaps in coverage, recommending solutions from across a broad product portfolio of Allstate and Allstate owned brands, and converting them into customers using a proven sales strategy.
  • You will utilize your Property & Casualty Lines license or obtain your license with Allstate’s licensing assistance and reimbursement of licensing exam and fees upon approval.
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • 1st year earning potential $45k to $55k*
  • 2nd year earning potential $65k to 70k*
  • 3rd – 4th year earning potential $80k to $100k+*

  • Job RequirementsΒ 

  • Hold an active Property & Casualty License in your state of residence is highly preferredβ€―Β 
    • Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in AR, CO, DE, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, WV & WI
    • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts
    • Property & Casualty License (ability to sell both personal AND commercial insurance) required in AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MI, NV, PA, TN & WY (please note that if you are unlicensed and reside in a state listed above where a licensed is required, we are not able to hire unlicensed candidates in these states at this time).
  • If not currently licensed, earn your Property & Casualty License with Allstate and Allstate owned brands supportβ€―β€―Β 
  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service with a sales focus or related experience preferredβ€―Β 
  • Open to weekend and night hoursΒ 
  • Possess high stress tolerance and critical thinking skillsΒ

  • Strong communication skillsΒ 
  • Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performanceΒ

Compensation: $15.00 base or monthly performance-based incentive
