As a Freelance Lead Producer at Fantasy, you’ll think beyond ordinary solutions to ship world-class products to world-leading organizations. You will collaborate with talented teams to create experiences that millions of people not only use — but love.

You’ll work with the world’s most forward-thinking companies, including the likes of Netflix, Spotify, Asana, The Academy of Motion Pictures, Dolby, Ancestry, Salesforce, and many others. You’ll work across diverse industries and varying form factors, including automotive, luxury, travel, operating systems, website ecosystems, voice recognition software, artificial intelligence, and so much more.

• You’ll produce project plans and estimates for things you’ve never made before, manage globally dispersed teams and become a high-impact member of Fantasy’s senior leadership—shaping our company culture, design practice, and overall quality of work.

Working with a world-class team

• Partner with creative leaders to manage globally distributed teams of content strategists, illustrators, 3D artists, UX designers UI designers, and motion artists in crafting innovative products with our client partners.
• Serve as a strategic leader from project kick-off to delivery, advocating for both client and user needs.
• You like to drive client meetings — from pitches to workshops, you’re comfortable in front of a crowd.
• You employ the right amount of process, knowing what to keep and what to throw out to keep projects and people happy.

Work with forward-thinking organizations

• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of end-to-end digital product design projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain project processes to help us continually improve our workflows.

Experience / Key Personal Qualities

• 7+ years of digital project/program management experience.
• Confident and detail oriented.
• Experience and comfortable being client facing.
• Proven track record of managing complex digital projects ranging from $300,000- to $1MM.
• Experience managing the creation of robust digital products (websites, apps, operating systems, digital displays, car consoles, AI visualizations, or others).
• Experience pitching project proposals alongside creative leaders.
