Backed by leading investors like Sequoia, DST, and Tiger Global, we're disrupting the traditional employer of record space and driving global impact.A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYAs the Marketing Operations Specialist at Multiplier, you will be responsible for owning the MarTech stack, ensuring seamless marketing operations, and optimizing lead management and campaign processes.You will have full ownership of HubSpot and manage specific aspects of Salesforce where Marketing is responsible. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales Operations to ensure a smooth flow of information between Marketing Automation and Sales Automation systems.What you'll do:Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, shaping its architecture, governance, and optimization so it remains the unified system of record for marketing.Develop strong frameworks for lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and nurturing to deliver timely, high-quality leads to sales.Own the full lead management ecosystem — from acquisition to conversion — ensuring the funnel runs efficiently and insights drive continuous improvement.Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing and AI tools, handling vendor relationships, budgets, and platform governance.Build scalable, AI-driven workflows using LLMs, OpenAI, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc)Connect and automate processes across the GTM tech stack to improve accuracy, personalization, and execution speed.Build and maintain measurement frameworks that track marketing effectiveness — including attribution models, funnel KPIs, and ROI.Create dashboards and monitoring systems to track automation performance, lead quality, and conversion trends within Salesforce, Hubspot and Tableau/Powerbi.Build framework for Audience SegmentationWork closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales Leadership and GTM Ops (salesops & Analytics) to ensure marketing operations directly enable predictable pipeline growth.Change Management & Governance: Establish marketing ops standards, champion adoption across teams, and maintain data and process hygiene for scalable growth.What do we need:Strong expertise working with HubSpot and Salesforce, including system setup, customization, and optimization.6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM ops roles.Demonstrated experience running end-to-end lead management programs — from data capture to routing and qualification.Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, etc.), Open AI, APIs Webhooks and workflow orchestration.Hands-on experience in Factors, 6sense or Demandbase - any intent platform.
