Lead Content Creator at Flower and Oak

As a Wedding Content Creator, you will be responsible for Solo Coverage of weddings, capturing high-quality content using your smartphone. The role requires a mix of technical skills, creativity, and excellent communication. Your primary duties will include recording video, managing your gear, editing footage on the go and collaborating with our team to ensure seamless content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Capture High-quality video content at weddings using a recent model smartphone (I.E., iPhone 13, Galaxy S22, or newer

· Utilize a phone gimbal or stable and professional shots.

· Use a microphone (shotgun or Lavalier) to ensure clear audio capture.

· Use a portable power bank to maintain power throughout the event.

· Optional but preferred: Use a portable light and Tripod/selfie stick for better shot quality.

· Maintain at least 15-20GB of available storage space for content capture.

· Edit videos on-site using the Cap Cut mobile app.

· Upload all captured content promptly after the event.

· Retain wedding files for at least six months

· Communicate effectively with our team about file sizes, wedding details, and other pertinent information.

· Exhibit a pleasant demeanor, strong customer service skills, and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements:

• Own a recent model smartphone (i.e. iPhone 13, Galaxy S22, or newer).
• Have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Be capable of covering a wedding solo while managing all necessary gear.
• Own a portable power bank.
• Own a microphone (shotgun or lavalier).
• Own and competently use a phone gimbal.
• Having a portable light & tripod/selfie stick is highly preferred.
• Have a minimum of 15-20 GB of available storage space.
• Maintain open communication with our team about file sizes, wedding details, etc.
• Be able to upload all captured content.
• Have experience and proficiency in mobile content editing using the Cap Cut mobile app.
• Retain wedding files for at least six months.
• Exhibit a pleasant demeanor, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
• Provide links to a significant sample of content you have produced (wedding content is a plus, but any relevant social media content is acceptable).
