ENTER THE GAME


We’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team and take charge of a portfolio of loyal and engaged players. Your mission? Deliver outstanding, personalized service while supporting responsible gaming, KYC processes, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships, ensuring player satisfaction, and helping us build a trusted, best-in-class customer experience.



YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC


In this role, your main missions will be:


1. Build Exceptional Relationships


  • Provide personalized, proactive support to your key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, solving problems swiftly and efficiently
  • Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Trading, Growth, and more to deliver unrivaled service

2. Own the KYC Process


  • Collect and verify KYC documentation in line with regulatory standards
  • Ensure accounts are fully compliant and up to date

3. Promote Safer Gaming


  • Assist players on responsible gaming practices and available resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams on safer gaming concerns and follow-up actions
  • Monitor and escalate behavior that may require intervention

4. Help Us Stay Compliant


  • Ensure all accounts meet AML regulations through proper onboarding
  • Report suspicious activity to relevant teams
  • Support the wider team in AML-related investigations

5. Elevate the Player Experience Through Hospitality


  • Learn your players’ preferences and use that insight to create unique experiences
  • Invite and host customers at live sporting events
  • Ensure events are seamless while gathering additional KYC details when needed

6. Be a Team Player


  • Get involved in cross-departmental projects to continuously enhance the customer experience


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!


This job is for you if:


  • You have successful professional experience in managing strategic client relationships ideally through regular phone calls and face-to-face meetings
  • You possess a strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and you thrive in a challenging work environment where targets are ambitious and adaptability is key
  • You have strong resilience and emotional intelligence, which help you support both customers and your team in performing at their best
  • And finally, you speak English fluently and are a native speaker of Polish


WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS RECRUITMENT?


If your application is shortlisted, you will meet with the relevant hiring managers and an HR representative throughout the recruitment process. 


You may also be asked to complete technical assessments and a psychometric test, depending on the role.


The recruitment process typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for you.
