Educate,Β instructΒ and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territoryΒ
Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needsΒ
ProvideΒ ongoing service and problem resolution to customer baseΒ
Ensure customer retention byΒ providingΒ superior customer serviceΒ
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasiveΒ
ProvideΒ account management forΒ clientβsΒ day to day operationsΒ Β
UpsellΒ current book of business to increase organic growthΒ Β
Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of businessΒ Β
ContinuouslyΒ provideΒ educational material to the client baseΒ Β
Resolve any customer related issuesΒ in a timely mannerΒ Β
Meet and exceed monthly retentionΒ and upsell goals on a regular basis
BachelorβsΒ degree is preferredΒ
PreviousΒ sales experience or account management is preferredΒ
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plusΒ
Proven success managing a book of businessΒ Β
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationshipsΒ Β
Effective communication skills, both written and verbalΒ
Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, competitive marketΒ Β
Excellent time management and organizational skillsΒ
Proficient in Microsoft OfficeΒ Β
Ability to travel overnight as neededΒ Β
Valid driverβs license and clean driving record
