Job Description

  • Educate,Β instructΒ and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territoryΒ 
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needsΒ 
  • ProvideΒ ongoing service and problem resolution to customer baseΒ 
  • Ensure customer retention byΒ providingΒ superior customer serviceΒ 
  • Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasiveΒ 
  • ProvideΒ account management forΒ client’sΒ day to day operationsΒ Β 
  • UpsellΒ current book of business to increase organic growthΒ Β 
  • Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of businessΒ Β 
  • ContinuouslyΒ provideΒ educational material to the client baseΒ Β 
  • Resolve any customer related issuesΒ in a timely mannerΒ Β 
  • Meet and exceed monthly retentionΒ and upsell goals on a regular basisΒ 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in an Account Management, Client Success role or client facing.
  • At least 1 year ofΒ Β clinical operations experience -Β Β including an understanding of EMR's, understanding physician office work flow and service expectation
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationshipsΒ Β 
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbalΒ 
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast paced, competitive market
  • Self- motivated
  • Excellent time management and organizational skillsΒ 
  • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeΒ Β 
  • Travel within a 2 hour radiusof Little Rock, AR

Nice to have:

  • Proven success managing a book of businessΒ Β 
  • Proven success in upselling & client renewals.
