
What you'll do

Support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of all types of risk, including operational, market, liquidity, regulatory, and business continuity risks, etc. in accordance with BSP requirements.

Assist in risk assessments for new products, services, processes, and change initiatives within EMI and VASP operations.

Help maintain risk management infrastructure, including tools and reporting mechanisms to track risk exposures and performance.

Prepare risk reports and dashboards, highlighting emerging risks, incidents, or potential breaches of internal policies or BSP regulations.

Support initiatives to promote risk awareness across the organization, including training and advisory activities.

Assist in monitoring regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure risk management practices remain current and compliant.
What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in risk management, finance, accounting, audit, or related functions within a regulated environment (preferred: experience with EMI or virtual asset operations).

Basic understanding of risk management frameworks and standards, including BSP regulations, ISO, COSO, and Basel principles.

Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support identification and assessment of risks.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with process owners, senior management, and risk stakeholders.

Awareness of BSP regulations and non-bank financial institution requirements,.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support senior risk staff in day-to-day risk monitoring and reporting activities.
