You’ll help execute and streamline day-to-day product operations and content acquisition, ensuring our product releases, QA, and internal communication run smoothly. Looking for someone who’s process-driven, loves organization, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping our roadmap execution on track and ensuring no content slip through the cracks.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Engineering Coordination- Monitor Jira tickets, Amplitude charts, and QA testing; summarize updates and blockers- Verify that development items match requirements and are properly tested before release.- Follow up with offshore or engineering teams to confirm completion of assigned tasks.- Support case data clean-up or entry tasks (documentation and status updates).Communication & Reporting- Keep Slack channels, Notion pages, and internal documents current.- Assist in tracking bugs, customer feedback, and internal support tickets that require product input.- Coordinate with design, customer success, and sales teams to ensure feedback is logged and prioritized.Process & Workflow Support- Help enforce and improve product processes.- Maintain version control and documentation for product releases.- Support the product manager in ad hoc data pulls, reports, or product research.- Perform data validation checks as needed.Ideal Candidate- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, project coordination, QA, or support.- Comfortable working independently during Pacific hours.- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.- Proactive — you don’t wait for instructions to spot issues or close loops.- Passion for learning how digital products are built, launched, and improved.Nice-to-Have- Experience in SaaS, data analytics, or AI-driven products.- Understanding of Agile and sprint workflows.- Basic QA or product testing background.- Familiarity with APIs or web-based products.Why This Role- Be the operational backbone that keeps the product engine running.- Gain hands-on exposure to product management processes.- Collaborate directly with senior product and engineering leaders.- Work remotely with flexible hours that align with West Coast hours.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
