Built for growth that drives real outcomes.The RoleWe're hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts.This is not an internship. You've already run ads — on Meta, Google, or both — and you know your way around a campaign. You understand campaign structure, audiences, bidding, and what it means to optimize toward a goal.You'll work closely with Performance Marketing Leads, taking ownership of campaign execution, daily monitoring, and reporting across real client accounts.
