Job Overview:
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, optimizing our online presence, and driving brand awareness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.).
- Create engaging content (graphics, short videos, blog posts) to promote our services.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, messages, and comments to improve customer engagement.
- Work on SEO and website updates to optimize for search rankings.
- Assist in running and optimizing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Support email marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Help organize local events or collaborations to boost brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of marketing experience (internship or freelance experience is a plus!).
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or Mailchimp is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
