ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). 

• Support the customization and integration of eCommerce solutions using Shopify, contributing to theme development and app installations. 

• Support Marketing Team on email marketing initiatives utilizing Klaviyo for campaign management and automation. 

• Assist in the administration of NetSuite, ensuring effective use of the platform for business operations. 

• Utilize Celigo for integration tasks, connecting various applications and ensuring smooth data flows. 

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, maintaining high standards of performance. 

• Additional duties as assigned by the company’s I.T. Director

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 

• Familiarity with SQL Database Administration principles and best practices. 

• Experience with Shopify, including customization and integration of apps and themes. Knowledge of Liquid is a plus. 

• Knowledge of Klaviyo for email marketing automation. 

• Understanding of NetSuite administration is a plus. 

• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue). 

• Basic understanding of API integrations and data workflows. 

• Familiarity with Celigo or similar integration tools is advantageous. 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

• HTML/CSS: Strong skills in HTML and CSS are crucial for designing and styling Shopify stores to match brand guidelines. 

• JavaScript: Familiarity with JavaScript is important for adding interactivity to the site and enhancing user experience.

• Ability to work scheduled hours and willing and able to work nights and/or weekends where required.
