Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns.
  • Educate customers on product features and services to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers to effectively assist customers.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various customer service software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
