Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian across multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, subscription issues, and technical support related to the streaming service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt and accurate solutions to enhance user experience.
  • Educate customers on how to use various features of the streaming platform effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as technical support and billing to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and updates to provide informed support to customers.


Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with online streaming platforms and digital media services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications, including CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
