
We are currently looking for an
IT Project Manager. In the role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and the starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT project portfolio and lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives—from planning to execution and delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across departments to define scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status and updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management (3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Development and/or IT operations background is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Project management certification is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
