Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with accounting, as well as industry experience in an operational accounting role.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with a focus on business growth recognition.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to drive operational initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$146,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ongoing controllership processes, policies, and controls for cost of sales and inventory controllership.
- Maintain accountability for accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of accounting processes related to assigned area, including inventory, overhead, rebates, logistics costs, month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
- Manage established activities and processes with providers.
- Design, implement, and manage global processes for the accounting of consumer hardware cost of sales.
