Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, advertising business, media or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience in cross-border or exporting business.
  • Experience in an investigative role by gathering and presenting data to promote products, services, and solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with working overseas.
  • Experience in promoting or consulting with agencies.
  • Experience in thought leadership with applying data-motivated models that have an impact on marketing operations across international markets.
  • Knowledge of one or more international markets/regions, and Business-to-Business (B2B) industry and marketing strategy.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in ambiguity with an entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate and align multiple stakeholders to defined goals and deliverables.

The International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and partner to the customers. Responsibilities

  • Identify international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth for an assigned portfolio.
  • Understand the customer's goals, and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-motivated export business recommendations and by educating them on export-related topics and opportunities.
  • Understand the market landscape, and develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting client's understanding of global markets.
  • Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in the network by sharing knowledge about your assigned market.
  • Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
