Job Summary




In support of 2 Circle corporate communications, the Company Intranet Manager will facilitate the effective operation of the Microsoft Viva Connections software tool across 2 Circle. Viva Connections is the software suite selected to meet the company's identified intranet requirements. Responsibilities include training, support, administration, coordination with corporate staff, troubleshooting support, and continuous improvement of the 2 Circle Viva Connections capability. This position will require a broad scope of functions, outstanding communication, and critical thinking skills. Viva Connections Manager projected Provisional hours estimate (CY 25) –180 hours total for CY 25, broken down as follows: Jan-Jun 25 – 120 hours (20hr/month) Jul-Dec – 60 hours (10hr/month).






Essential Job Functions






  • Administer training to 2 Circle employees on Viva Connections


  • Provide both initial and ongoing refresher training of all Viva Connections capabilities


  • Provide Viva Connections training to new hires as part of their induction process


  • When Microsoft introduces software updates or upgrades, ensure implementation (in concert with 2 Circle IT) and provide appropriate training to all employees.


  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Viva Connections capability, including software updates, content improvements, and employee issue resolutions.


  • Coordinate Viva Connections activities and planning with the Director of Corporate Communications (DoCC), Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations, Corporate Staff, and the Director of Technology (IT).


  • Participate in planning and policy development that includes the company intranet function (Viva Connections), such as Strategy Department, Operations Team, or Executive Team planning meetings.


 


 


Qualifications




  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Viva and Microsoft Viva Connections suite of software tools.


  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and 2 Circle, Inc. SharePoint structure, functions, and key Points of Contact (POCs).


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related business discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
