We have an exceptional opportunity for a Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to join our professional and respected Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years prior inside sales experience in either an industrial manufacturing setting or in the metals industry. This person would also have excellent communication skills, inviting personality, and a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Bi-Lingual Inside Sales Representative provides service to our customers with respect to their inquiries and their orders:

• Interfaces daily with the Outside Sales team
• Communicates with customers primarily via phone and email
• Manages transactions and relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Accurately processes customer transactions such as quotes, purchase orders, change orders, returns, etc.
• Coordinates communications as may be necessary with our production and technical departments to satisfy customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Eager to provide professional assistance to our customers
• A positive attitude and enjoys selling
• Likes being part of a team
• 2+ years’ inside sales experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environment a plus

SKILLS:

• Strong computer skills, proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Well organized with attention to detail
