Implementation Project Manager

Are you a tech-savvy project manager who thrives on turning complex challenges into elegant solutions? We're seeking a hands-on Implementation Project Manager to guide our clients through successful EHS platform deployments.

As our EHS Implementation Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge Environmental, Health & Safety platform and our diverse client base. You'll own the entire implementation journey, ensuring our clients maximize their investment in our solution.

• Lead multiple concurrent EHS platform implementations from kickoff to completion
• Design and configure custom solutions that align with each client's unique needs
• Partner with internal teams to seamlessly integrate systems and solve complex challenges
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and expert guidance
• Master our EHS platform to become a trusted technical advisor
• Ensure smooth transitions to our Customer Success team post-implementation

• You're naturally curious about technology and love learning new systems
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
• You're a natural problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities
• You communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and confidence

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing project management or technical implementation experience
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly master new platforms
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in EHS or related field is a plus

Salary Range: The base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $72,000 USD. The final compensation within this range will be determined based on various factors, including geographic location and level of experience.
