
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Maintain employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, and HR documentation.

Handle monthly payroll processing for local and expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with finance, banks, and payroll vendors when necessary.

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

Support visa, work permit, and labor card documentation for expatriate employees.
-
Assist in employee termination cases including documentation, final settlement, and compliance requirements.

Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor law and company policies.

Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR procedures.

Support audits and internal HR reporting when required.

Support VARA licensing & compliance-related matter.

Responsible for the entire process of employee onboarding and offboarding management.

Maintain employment contracts, offer letters, supplementary agreements, and related personnel documents.

Responsible for calculating and distributing the monthly salaries of both local and foreign employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Connect with finance, banking, and third-party payroll service providers (if needed).

Maintain the accuracy of employee files and HR system data.
-
Assist with processing visas, work permits, and work cards for foreign employees.

Assist in handling employee termination (dismissal) matters, including document preparation, final settlement, and compliance requirements.

Ensure all HR operations comply with UAE labor law and company policies.

Answer employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and HR procedures.

Support audit and HR internal reporting as needed.

Support VARA (Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority) license application or compliance matters.
Requirements / Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of HR operations and payroll experience in UAE.

Hands-on experience in onboarding/offboarding and payroll processing.
-
Familiarity with UAE labor law and HR compliance.
-
Experience handling both local and expatriate employees.
-
Good documentation and organizational skills.
-
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
-
Good communication skills in English; Chinese and Arabic is an advantage.

Associate degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
-
2–5 years of experience in human resources operations and payroll processing in the UAE.
-
Familiar with onboarding/offboarding processes and salary handling.
-
Understand the UAE's labor laws and personnel compliance requirements.
-
Has experience in handling both local and foreign employees.

Possesses excellent document organization and processing skills.
-
Careful and attentive to confidentiality.

Excellent English communication skills; preference will be given to candidates who can speak Chinese and Arabic.
