ENTER THE GAME

Reporting to the Group Accounting Director, you will lead the International Finance department (~15 people), oversee accounting for all international entities (Malta + 4 jurisdictions), and drive the Group Shared Service Center (SSC) for Procure-to-Pay, supplier management, and system administration.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Accounting Management

· Oversee full accounting for international companies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting across jurisdictions.

· Guarantee quality of accounting data and enforce Group standards/procedures.

· Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closings and financial statements for all subsidiaries.

· Manage advisors/auditors and handle regulatory compliance/risk in diverse tax/legal environments.

· Develop financial policies, controls, and automation to boost reporting efficiency.

· Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Consolidation, and Tax teams Group-wide.

Shared Service Center – P2P

· Manage end-to-end P2P: supplier onboarding, requisitions, POs, invoice matching, and payments.

· Ensure precise invoice handling, resolve discrepancies, and deliver timely payments with fraud controls.

· Standardize P2P policies with finance, operations, and legal across jurisdictions.

· Implement process improvements, automation, and KPIs to optimize cycle times and costs.

· Optimize SSC operations, vendor relations, and tech integrations.

Shared Service Center – Systems

· Administer Sage X3 ERP and Coupa P2P systems (configuration, maintenance, integrations and evolution).

· Provide support/training for ~40 ERP users and ~300 P2P users; troubleshoot issues.

· Enforce security, user access, and compliance controls.

· Monitor performance and build reports/dashboards.

· Collaborate with IT/finance to evolve Group financial systems.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) + ~10 years senior finance experience (audit/i-gaming preferred).

· Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and data-driven approach.

· Hands-on ERP automation/implementation experience.

· Excellent leadership/communication to influence and collaborate across the organization.
