With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.About the RoleWe’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build the data, systems, and growth infrastructure behind Avoca’s next stage of growth.Our ambition is to build a world-class GTM engine. We’re looking for someone excited to build AI-powered systems that give a small team enormous leverage and have an outsized impact on revenue.You’ll build the engine behind our outbound motion: mapping and enriching our target market, finding the signals that indicate which accounts are most likely to buy, and turning those signals into relevant outreach and timely action for our Sales team. You’ll also build and scale our autonomous outbound email program from the ground up, using AI-powered workflows to run personalized campaigns to thousands of accounts, while maintaining strong sending infrastructure and deliverability.Beyond outbound, you’ll build the data pipelines, integrations, automations, and internal tools that make our Growth and Sales teams more effective. This is a builder-operator role: you’ll put the systems you create into practice, learn from their performance, and keep improving them.
