This isn't just an ads manager role: you'll think through the entire customer journey, from first impression to conversion to referral. You'll have budget, autonomy, and direct access to founders to move fast.We're looking for someone who can build funnels, not just campaigns.What You'll DoBuild and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google (& other channels) for the US marketDesign and test full-funnel experiences: landing pages, lead magnets, nurture sequencesOwn CAC, LTV, and payback period metrics; report directly to leadership on efficiencyPartner with creative to brief and iterate on ad concepts based on performance dataRun structured experiments: audience testing, creative testing, offer testingIdentify new channels, optimizations and growth levers beyond paid media (affiliates, partnerships, referrals)Requirements4+ years managing B2C performance campaigns with meaningful budget ($500k+/year)Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMAX)Track record building acquisition funnels, not just optimizing existing onesExperience with subscription or education businesses is a plusYou think in funnels, not just ads: landing page conversion, email sequences, retention loopsYou're a Great Fit IfYou're comfortable owning numbers and explaining why they movedYou ship tests quickly rather than waiting for perfect setupsYou're honest about what's working and what isn'tYou balance multiple projects without dropping ballsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience and location)Remote-first for this roleEquity participationDirect access to founders and leadership teamHigh-growth environment - we’re scaling fastLocationUS-based, remote.ProcessScreening callFirst round with VP of Marketing / Performance LeadSecond round with Co-FounderCase study task✨ Our valuesPUT INTEGRITY FIRST Honesty matters.
