We're hiring a Head of Growth to lead our marketing and user acquisition strategy. We're looking for a strategic, data-driven leader with a passion for innovation and impact.

You'll define and execute growth initiatives and align brand, product, and performance marketing.

You will

  1. Define and evolve SwissBorg’s bold, community-driven brand to align with our mission of democratizing wealth.
  2. Lead emotionally compelling storytelling across all channels that builds trust and long-term user loyalty.
  3. Maintain a distinct market position that showcases SwissBorg’s innovations in wealth management and DeFi.
  4. Build and scale a high-performance marketing team that thrives on speed, creativity, and execution.
  5. Align acquisition, retention, and brand into a cohesive, high-impact strategy.
  6. Foster a cross-functional, data-driven culture with a bias toward experimentation and viral growth.
  7. Lead aggressive, creative paid and organic growth strategies to drive user acquisition at scale.
  8. Optimise the entire conversion funnel to ensure seamless onboarding and scalable acquisition loops.
  9. Own and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for new products and regions, starting with Switzerland and France markets.
  10. Transform the community into a growth engine through gamification, advocacy, and Web3-native tactics.
  11. Own and optimise website performance, SEO, ad campaigns, and conversion rates across platforms.
  12. Manage and maximise the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and transparent performance tracking.
