We’re looking for a graphic designer or illustrator who specializes in creating cute, engaging animal mascots—think Duolingo and Finch. This is a one-time project, but we’re interested in building a long-term relationship for future collaborations.

We are working with a client developing a mental wellbeing app designed to help users improve emotional intelligence and communication. The app focuses on self-awareness, empathy, and personal growth through engaging and interactive experiences.

To enhance the user experience, we are looking for a playful, emotionally expressive mascot that embodies warmth, encouragement, and support.

This is a freelance, remote role for a Graphic Designer / Illustrator. The designer will be responsible for creating a visually appealing, character-driven mascot that aligns with the app’s mission.

• Designing a cute, engaging animal mascot that fosters a sense of emotional connection and encouragement.
• Ensuring the design is adaptable for digital and print applications (logos, app icons, UI elements, marketing materials, etc.).
• Collaborating with our team and the client to refine and finalize the concept.
• Maintaining brand consistency while bringing a fresh, creative touch.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong illustration or graphic design skills with a focus on mascot design.
• Experience in branding and character creation.
• An eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
• The ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

• Experience in animation or motion graphics.
• A background in game design or mobile app art.
