Our client is seeking a dedicated and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic web retail design team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing compelling, brand-focused promotional graphics
- Optimizing digital images for efficient download
- Developing clean and effective graphic templates and style guides
- Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and liaise effectively with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a web production environment
- BA/BS in Design or equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Knowledge of Flash, ActionScript is a plus
- Retail web experience is a plus
- Illustration skills are a plus
