Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Experience designing across digital, social, and print formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong design skills and versatility.
  • Basic retouching skills are a plus!


Responsibilities:



  • Resize and adapt digital banners, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Optimize existing creative for different touchpoints, including social media, e-commerce, and retail.
  • Design original creative assets across multiple formats, from social content to print materials.
  • Maintain brand guidelines while bringing innovative ideas to the table.
  • Assist with light photo retouching and asset preparation (retouching skills are a plus!).
  • Effectively manage time and workload to meet deadlines across multiple projects.

Remote/Flexible | Contract – can live anywhere, MUST work East Coast hours.



Monday through Friday 9-5:30pm



Interview Process:



  • 2 rounds of Virtual interviews


Candidate expectations:



  • Production level work - Design/Concept
  • Ability to handle large intake of projects
  • Manage time effectively
  • Great online communication skills via teams, email, Monday, Slack
  • Looking for an outside resource to help at least 20 hours a week - up to 40 hours with overflow and PTO coverages
  • Looking for digital and print experience is a plus
  • Must have own computer equipment


Training:



Adobe suite will be provided



One week to get accustomed to all primo brands



Candidate should feel comfortable starting on projects right away
