Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing multi-dimensional, international projects.
  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level strategic reviews.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts in a global organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively.

The team acts as the link between Google's innovative products and business teams. In this role, you will help sales teams, leaders, and customers navigate the latest innovations in Search. You'll translate product updates into implications for both the wider ecosystem and the customers' businesses.

As a Global Product Solutions Lead for Next Gen Search, you'll be at the forefront of shaping go-to-market strategy. You'll collaborate with in-market, cross-functional teams to develop business narratives, activate plans, and refine the overall go-to-market approach.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from global sales to shape the core Search narrative.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Communications/Public Relations, to develop and execute go-to-market plans and external narratives.
  • Lead customer engagements to help partners navigate and understand new Search innovations, and deliver core Search narrative.
  • Train Global Business Organization teams on new Search innovations and core Search narrative.
