ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Games Delivery Coordinator, you will join the Games Delivery team within our Games department, working at the heart of the action to get our games live. You will ensure that we provide "The Greatest Gaming Experience" through the delivery of high-quality content across all platforms, including slots, live games, bingo, and sports-related games.
Based in our Malta office, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, from gathering game details and managing supplier relationships to rigorous testing and final site release. You will navigate our in-house systems to ensure all games are compliant and working perfectly, while also contributing to ad-hoc projects such as market-specific adjustments and process improvements.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Game Testing and Releases: Perform system configurations and rigorous testing to ensure games are compliant, functional, and released in a timely manner.
● Compliance Management: Collect certificates and double-check all technical requirements to ensure every game meets jurisdiction-specific regulatory standards.
● Supplier Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for gaming providers, maintaining professional and productive relationships to facilitate smooth delivery.
● System Administration: Manage heavy system input and data documentation within our in-house platforms to keep the game offering available and up to date.
● Roadmap Support: Assist other teams in the Gaming product teams maintaining the general release roadmap and providing feedback on system or process improvements.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Deliver reports, audits, and reviews to internal stakeholders while collaborating on various gaming product initiatives.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
● Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze games constantly for compliance and functionality.
● Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of moving parts and "ad hoc" requests without becoming overwhelmed.
● Communication Skills: Excellent professional communication skills for managing external provider relationships and internal team dialogue.
● Adaptability: A quick learner who is proactive and positive when facing technical challenges or changing market requirements.
NICE TO HAVES
● Industry Experience: Previous experience within the iGaming industry or a passion and genuine interest in the slot world.
● Operational Focus: Experience in operationally-focused roles or relationship management with gaming providers.
● Technical Aptitude: A system-savvy or tech-trained background (such as IT training or 2nd line support experience) to navigate intricate in-house systems.
