We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and strategic leader to join our growing Platform Solutions & Operations team as a Fund Onboarding Vice President. In this leadership role, you will oversee fund onboarding processes, guiding a team to work effectively with cross-functional leaders across Technology, Operations, CAIS IQ, Marketing, Investment Product, Sales, and Relationship Management. Our ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of managing complex projects within the financial services industry. Responsibilities 

  1. Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion, aligning team efforts with client and business objectives.
  2. Mentor and manage a team of project managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  3. Serve as the primary client liaison, advising on priorities, balancing client needs with resources, and maintaining clear communication.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scope, develop strategic solutions, and oversee pre-trade, trade, and post-trade requirements for smooth product onboarding.
  5. Identify areas for operational enhancement, lead automation initiatives, and ensure technical resolutions are efficiently managed.
  6. Partner with the sales and relationship management teams to provide pre-sales expertise and tailor onboarding solutions to client requirements.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Airtable, ensuring team adherence to deadlines.
  8. Develop and implement best practices for team performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 6+ years in project management or operations within financial services, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  3. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, driving collaborative and high-impact results.
  4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
  5. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, Asana) and the Microsoft Suite.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  7. Commitment to continuous learning and fostering a culture of development within the team.
