About Allweb3

All Web3 is a Web3-native PRFi platform designed to bring transparency, verifiability, and reputation-based coordination to KOL, media, and project collaborations.

We are currently in the MVP execution phase, focusing on building a reliable, production-ready foundation rather than over-engineered systems.

We are looking for a hands-on Backend Engineer who can take strong ownership of backend systems and Web3 integrations, and move fast with a small, remote team.

Role Overview

As a Backend Engineer at AW3, you will own and build the core backend infrastructure that connects smart contracts, APIs, and frontend applications.

This role is execution-focused. You will work closely with the founder, frontend engineer, and product direction to ship a functional MVP quickly and iterate based on real usage.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement backend services that interact with EVM smart contracts
  2. Build and maintain REST / GraphQL APIs for frontend and internal tools
  3. Integrate on-chain events with off-chain systems (indexing, listeners, state sync)
  4. Work with smart contracts (Solidity) for task escrow, status tracking, and verification flows
  5. Ensure data consistency between blockchain state and backend databases
  6. Implement basic security, access control, and monitoring for production readiness
  7. Collaborate closely with frontend and product to deliver end-to-end features
  8. Write clear documentation for APIs and system behavior

Job Requirements

Must Have

  1. 4+ years of experience in backend development
  2. Strong experience with Node.js / TypeScript or Golang
  3. Hands-on experience with EVM chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, etc.)
  4. Experience integrating smart contracts with backend services
  5. Familiarity with Web3 tooling (Ethers.js / Web3.js, RPC providers)
  6. Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), and caching
  7. Ability to work independently and take ownership in a remote environment
  8. Comfortable with fast iteration and MVP-level trade-offs

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with Solidity smart contracts (writing or reviewing)
  2. Experience with event indexing, subgraphs, or on-chain data pipelines
  3. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
  4. Previous experience in early-stage startups or MVP builds
