Full Stack React Developer Location: New York, NY (3 days hybrid, locals only)Duration: Long-term contract OverviewSeeking a Full Stack React Developer with strong hands-on front-end engineering and solid backend development experience. The ideal candidate has worked in enterprise environments and can build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Responsibilities• Develop responsive front-end features using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript• Build and consume backend services and APIs (Node.js or Java preferred)• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality releases• Contribute to CI/CD and code review processes Required Skills• 5–8 years of full-stack development experience• Strong React, JavaScript, and TypeScript proficiency• Backend experience with Node.js or Java• REST API development and integration• SQL experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)• Strong communication and ability to work onsite in NYC three days a week Nice to Have• Previous experience in financial services• CI/CD exposure (Jenkins or similar)• Docker / Kubernetes familiarity
