As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. We will provide our customers with a single, multi-channel digital portal that is self-service, intuitive and accessible, a true one-stop-shop for all their needs.  Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityUncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirementsCreate and maintain User Journeys. Define success criteria for testing and product acceptanceFacilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentationUnderstanding in detail the products and services available across cloud service providersBuilding product strategies and roadmaps that meet customer needs. Managing delivery of the products using Agile methods and approachesRefining backlogs and sprint management   Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience in product management or developmentExperience in working with agile teams and processesExceptional organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communicator at all levels of the organizationAbility to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firmExperience in managing delivery of complex technology solutionsExperience working within a large global organization   Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationUnderstanding of Cloud products and services and cloud service provider capabilities
