As a Writer on the Model Behavior team, you will play a crucial role in defining how AI communicates with users. Your work will help shape AI-human interactions through thoughtful, well-crafted writing that enhances the user experience.
We're looking for skilled, versatile writers who are passionate about writing, technology, and user experience—especially those who can refine voice and style to create compelling, natural interactions.
Responsibilities
Produce high-quality writing across a range of topics, tones, and formats, with a focus on conversational interactions.
Collaborate with the Model Behavior team to refine, edit, and annotate writing on a fast-paced timeline.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to voice and style guidelines.
You Might Thrive in This Role If You:
10+ years of writing published work
Have exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft engaging, user-focused content. Experience in journalism, documentary writing, narrative game writing, podcasting, UX writing, or similar fields is highly relevant.
Possess strong empathy and self-awareness to create interactions that resonate with a diverse global audience.
Are technically curious and eager to understand how your writing influences model behavior.
