Schedule: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week, afternoons preferred)

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator who enjoys filming, photography, and social media. This is a great opportunity for students or early-career content creators who want real-world experience capturing and editing high-quality content while working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Capture & Edit Video – Film HVAC installations, customer testimonials, employee spotlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Photography – Take high-quality images of job sites, completed projects, and team members for social media and marketing.
- Create Social Media Content – Edit engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, and YouTube Shorts/long-form content.
- On-Site Content Capture – Travel to job sites in Decatur, Huntsville, and surrounding areas to capture real-time content.
- Develop Creative Content – Brainstorm and produce fresh, engaging content that aligns with our brand.
- Edit & Organize Media – Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve to edit videos and organize media for the marketing team.
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate About Content Creation – Strong interest in filming, editing, and storytelling.
- Basic Video Editing Skills – Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Creative & Self-Motivated – Able to bring new ideas and work independently when needed.
- Reliable Transportation & Flexible Schedule – Must be able to travel to job sites and events.
- Social Media Experience – Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts is a plus.
- Camera or High-Quality Phone – Preferably at least an iPhone 13 Pro/14 Pro, DSLR, or mirrorless camera for high-quality footage.
Compensation & Bonus Incentives
- Pay: $13-$18/hour based on experience
- Bonus incentives: Additional cash bonuses for viral content that exceeds engagement benchmarks
- Mileage reimbursement available for longer travel distances
