We're looking for a talented Freelance Social Media Manager to enhance our clients' digital presence and drive engagement.

Role Overview:

As a Freelance Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies for our CPG brand clients. This role is perfect for someone with agency or brand experience who understands CPG consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and performance marketing on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored for CPG brands across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content, including short-form videos, product visuals, and compelling captions.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand interactions.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and paid media teams to align organic and paid efforts.
• Stay updated on trends in CPG marketing, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital strategies.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships and UGC campaigns.
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve brand visibility and ROI.
• Help to build our brand associations and affiliates/brand collaborations
• Utilize experience with design programs and with graphic design to create email and social media graphics as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in CPG, retail, or eCommerce.

✅ Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

✅ Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).

✅ Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).

✅ Knowledge of paid social strategy and how it integrates with organic content.

✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned captions.

✅ Understanding of consumer psychology and how to leverage trends in CPG marketing.

✅ Ability to manage multiple brand accounts and meet deadlines efficiently.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with CPG start-ups or challenger brands.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
• Basic understanding of email marketing and SEO for social media.
• Video editing experience for TikTok & Reels.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
