What You’ll Do

• Create tailored ad strategies on Facebook and Instagram for each client.
• Work with a team to brainstorm fun, creative campaign ideas.
• Write engaging ad copy and design creatives that generate leads.
• Set up and launch ad campaigns with accurate targeting and tracking.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to get the best results.
• Troubleshoot any technical or ad-related hiccups that come up.
• Manage budgets to hit goals and get the most out of every dollar spent.
• Share performance reports and help communicate results with clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on Facebook Ads.
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and design/video tools.
• Strong copywriting skills and great verbal communication.
• A knack for analyzing data and turning it into actionable steps.
• Someone who can work well independently and thrives in a remote team.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a creative problem solver.
