Learn.org is committed to being a trusted resource for individuals seeking affordable and accessible higher education. Whether it's a professional returning to school to advance their career or a new student pursuing a degree later in life, our platform serves as a reliable guide for all aspects of their educational journey, both online and in-person.
We are seeking skilled and driven freelance content writers to join our team. This role focuses on creating high-quality, original blog content related to higher education, including topics such as financial aid, online degree programs, and career insights.
Our content is crafted with the reader in mind — engaging, user-focused, and easy to understand. We are looking for writers who can deliver content that is both authoritative and personable, striking a balance between informative and action-oriented.
The ideal candidate will have a background in content marketing writing — bonus points if you’ve written in the higher education space. Given our structured publishing schedule and goal-driven environment, candidates must be adept at producing high-quality work within tight deadlines, have meticulous attention to detail, and follow guidelines precisely.
We seek writers who are comfortable conducting their own research and writing a high-quality first draft that has been fact-checked and proofread before it hits the editing stage. Most articles range from 1,100 to 1,300 words and take writers between two to three hours to research and write.
