Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Plan and Executive Summary Writer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing comprehensive business plans and concise executive summaries tailored to project financing. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled at crafting clear, persuasive documents that outline key financials, strategies, market opportunities, and risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear and compelling business plans for project financing proposals, ensuring they are investor-friendly and aligned with our clients' goals.
- Write high-quality executive summaries to present a concise overview of each project, including objectives, financing requirements, market opportunity, and potential risks.
- Conduct in-depth research to support business plan development, including market analysis, competitive landscape, financial projections, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure all documents adhere to industry standards, are tailored to specific project needs, and align with the company’s brand and tone.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience writing business plans and executive summaries for project financing, investment proposals, or similar projects.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under tight timelines.
- Knowledge of the project financing industry or experience in related sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
Contract Details:
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and scope of each project.
- Work Schedule: Flexible, on an as-needed basis with contract work provided per project.
