Role Description

As a Frontend Engineering Expert, you will:

• Review and validate AI-generated backend code and system architectures
• Create high-quality API designs and implementations
• Assess AI's understanding of backend best practices and design patterns
• Identify errors in AI-generated backend code
• Evaluate system scalability, security, and performance in AI outputs
• Provide expertise on modern backend frameworks and development approaches

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Deep expertise in multiple backend languages and frameworks including: C, C++, Dart, Django, FastAPI, Flask, Go, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Objective-C, PHP, Python, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Rust, Spring Boot, Swift
• Strong portfolio of scalable applications and systems
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience with system design and technical documentation
